With the continuous changes in the global lighting market and the rise of the Southeast Asian market, our LED lamp factory has decided to open a branch
factory in Thailand to expand overseas markets, optimize the supply chain layout and better serve local customers.
Before deciding to open a factory in Thailand, we conducted a comprehensive and in-depth market research. As an important economy in Southeast Asia,
Thailand has witnessed stable economic growth in recent years, and the demand for LED lighting products has been continuously increasing.
Meanwhile, the Thai government is actively promoting energy-saving policies, providing a vast market space for energy-saving lighting products such as
LED bulbs.
After conducting investigations in several regions of Thailand, we ultimately chose Samut Prakan Province as the site for the branch factory due to its convenient transportation. Samut Prakan is only about 25 kilometers away from Bangkok and is closely connected to it, allowing for the sharing of resources and markets.
It facilitates communication and collaboration between the enterprise and suppliers, customers and partners in Bangkok. After determining the location, we actively applied for preferential policies from the Board of Investment (BOI) of Thailand. We followed the requirements of the BOI.
We prepared a detailed project plan and related materials. After multiple communications and reviews with BOI, we successfully obtained the approval of
BOI's preferential rights and interests.
To ensure the quality of our products and production efficiency, we have purchased advanced LED lamp production equipment from both domestic and foreign sources. After the equipment arrives at the factory, we organize professional technicians to install and debug it to ensure that it can operate normally.
Meanwhile, we have also optimized the configuration of the equipment to adapt to the local production environment and market demands in Thailand.
We have recruited various types of employees, including management personnel, technical staff and front-line production workers locally. To attract
outstanding talents, we offer competitive salary packages and a good working environment.
After completing personnel training and equipment debugging, we began the trial production stage. During the trial production period, we strictly controlled product quality, conducting rigorous testing and inspection on each batch of products to ensure they met the TISI standards of Thailand.
Certification standards and customers' quality requirements. Through trial production, we continuously optimize production processes and procedures, enhancing production efficiency and product quality.
During the operation process, we have established a complete production management system and quality monitoring system to ensure the smooth
progress of production and the stable supply of products. At the same time, we attach great importance to collaboration with local suppliers and partners.
We are gradually improving the supply chain system to reduce production costs. At the same time, we are actively expanding the market, participating in
local lighting exhibitions and industry events in Thailand to showcase our LED lighting products and technological strength, and establishing connections
with local customers.
The dealers have established good cooperative relationships. In addition, we also use online platforms and social media for brand promotion to enhance
brand awareness and market influence.
Through the above series of efforts, we have successfully opened a branch factory of the LED lamp factory in Thailand and achieved a good start in market expansion, production operation and other aspects. In the future, we will continue to strengthen technological innovation and product research and development.
We will continuously enhance the quality of our products and the level of our services, further consolidate and expand our market share in Thailand, and
lay a solid foundation for the company's global development.
